My name is Chiara Stevanato. I am originally from Italy and moved to Denmark in 2009 to take my MSc in Physics at the University of Copenhagen. For more than 10 years, I have worked with finance in both banking and the consulting industry.


Throughout time, I have experienced periods where I felt life was going too fast and I could not keep up. I have experienced both stress and long periods where I couldn't connect with myself and felt like I was drowning.This led me to experiment with the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life in order to find a more balanced and present lifeAnd take the driver's seat. I have attended silent retreats, learned breathing techniques, tried different meditation practices, experimented with cold plunges and winter bathing.

Over the years, sport has played a huge role in both my physical and mental development. I have a passion for CrossFit and weightlifting. I have competed in both and have won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Master Weightlifting Championship. Through sports and mental training, I have learned to reconnect with myself and found a new balance in life.


It is also through my personal development proces and my sport-related experience that I have got to understand, how the key to happiness is in our lifestyle. It is a journey. Every day we can take a small step forward. I want to support you to take your steps toward a better life.
