Conditions
My offer includes exclusive coaching sessions at the agreed times and format (either physical or online). Each coaching session consists of a conversation of 50 minutes. Out of respect for other clients as well as my work, I will not postpone the end time of our session in case of late arrival.
Payment options
You can pay with MobilePay, bank transfer or cash. Regardless of the chosen payment method and out of respect for my work, I must have received the full amount before the session or the first session of a course begins.
Cancellation policy
Situations may arise where it is not possible to get to the agreed treatment. I have great understanding of this. But out of respect for other clients and my work, I ask you to please cancel or rebook at least 24 hours before the start of the treatment, so that I have the opportunity to offer the time to another client.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the treatment and no-show without cancellation, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.

Cancellation MUST be notified by phone.
Cancellations are not accepted via SMS, social media or email.​
