About the event
A 5 week program to learn more about stress, reconnect to your stress patterns and discover new ways of handling stress. You get a unique opportunity to share a open and vulnerable space with other women, who share your same interest in learning, exploring themsleves and grow.
You get:
- 5 group sessions, 1:30 hour per session, one session a week
- A presentation on a topic linked to stress for every session
- Guided moments to reflect on how the topic might be relevant for your life
- Concrete tips and tools to implement stress relief practices in your every day life
- Weekly exercises to implement small lifestyle changes that might support a more stress-conscious life
- Weekly check ins to reflect on your learnings and take aways
- An accountability group for your transformation journey toward a less stressed life
- A community of like-minded women interested in the same topics and willing to share their journey with each other
- Private facebook group to keep connected and exchange experiences between sessions
- eBook 'Guide to a healthy day at the office'

This program is for you if you:
- Want to understand how stress works and how it is interconnected to your lifestyle habits, such as sleep, nutrition and exercise
- Desire a safe space to exchange knowledge and experiences about stress and how this affects your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health
- Are eager to participate actively to the circle and are keen to adopt a growth mindset
- Are open to experiment with small lifestyle changes (within your boundaries and capacity)
- Want to be a part of a community of like-minded women, that share similar interests and experiences
This program is NOT for you if you:
- Do not identify as a woman. While people that identify as other genders are welcome, this course is designed for women and might touch on topics unique to the feminine gender.
- Have acute stress symptoms and have not seeked medical advice. This course does not constitute medical advice and should NOT be used in substitution of medical care.
- Are not curious and/or not open to make small shifts in your lifestyle
- Do not have the time or mental space to be present during our weekly sessions
- Are not open to dialogue and sharing as an opportunity for growth
